FAQ
Yes, all of our classes are infrared heated, so prepare to sweat a lot!
We provide the mats, towels, equipment, and water. All you have to do is show up ♡
We highly encourage creating content for social media & love sharing your posts! However, we kindly ask that if you plan on filming during class you must be in the back row to respect your fellow classmates who may not want to be filmed.
You can reschedule your class up to 12 hours before start time.
